Method for implementation of preliminary technical expertise of construction metal damage in process of operation includes operations on determination of characteristics of hardness of metal and comparison of parameters of scattering of characteristics determined before and after working-on. Preliminarily one measures hardness of metal before operation of construction at rated mode for loading it. After that one carries out like measurements for hardness of metal of construction after working-on in loaded to working level state. Technical expertise of damage of construction metal is carried out through comparison of respective values of parameters of scattering of hardness.
