PURPOSE: A pack having a phase change material is provided to ensure safety by sealing the phase change material and reduce production cost by improving productivity. CONSTITUTION: A pack having a phase change material comprises a lower sheet(20), solid phase change material(30) and upper sheet(40). The lower sheet has a space(22) formed in a preset size and shape. The solid phase change material is inserted inside space of lower sheet. The upper sheet is coupled to the lower sheet to seal the space.
