PURPOSE: A hanging banner of notice board is provided to keep tightness by holding the banner tension of a placard display stand tension to a banner posted in the placard display stand. CONSTITUTION: A rotary tube(111) is combined in the upper combining aperture of the upper support. An insertion axis of the lower part is combined in the lower combining aperture of the lower side support. A supporting shaft(113) is formed inside the rotating pipe. An inner side opening(112) guides a banner inserted to the supporting shaft. An outer opening(107) guides an inserted banner with the inner side opening. A locking bar(121) of the stopper is formed on the either side. |
