PURPOSE: An elevating house is provided to offer various prospects to occupants by elevating the house. CONSTITUTION: An elevating house comprises a base(10), a house(20), an elevating unit, and a waterproof unit. A house is placed on the base. The elevating unit is fixed with the base and elevates the house. The waterproof unit prevents water from being infiltrated into the contact surface between the house and the base.
