PURPOSE: A partition wall for structure with lining is provided, which makes construction facilitated even while shortening the construction hour and makes appearance of partition wall beautiful. CONSTITUTION: A partition wall for structure with lining comprises a partition wall member(30) and partition wall member fixing unit(50). The partition wall member is built in the lining member(12) processed in the structure. The partition wall member is fixed on the lining member by the partition wall member fixing unit. The partition wall member fixing unit is composed of a partition wall member fixing unit(54) and a fixed block.
