PURPOSE: A USB memory is provided to protect the damage of a USB memory body and store data due to heat. CONSTITUTION: A memory stores/execute data. The memory and a control unit is installed on a printed circuit board. The printed circuit board is built in a USB(Universal Serial Bus) memory body(100). A connection terminal(110) is projected to one side of the USB memory body. The connection terminal connects the USB memory body to a USB port of a computer or a peripheral device. On the surface of one side, both sides, or four sides of the USB memory body, a heat radiation unit is formed(200). On the heat radiation unit, cooling pins(210) of metal material with high thermal conductivity are projected at each constant interval.
