<p>The invented process for mechanical machining of workpieces is characterized in that using a sensor system there is determined by a measuring regulation and control system a contact freedom of support elements of a mounting plate (2) in a magnet retaining ring (8), optionally support elements of a rotor (34) with the mounting plate (2) within a case (37) to a micrometer accurate adjustment of position of the workpieces or construction groups relative to tool, assembly and disassembly systems. A direct angular setting as well as direct measuring of speed can be also carried out by indirect acceleration of the rotor (34) using an angle measuring mechanism (39). A base plate (7, 7') performed as a flat or ring-shaped body is arranged in the magnet retaining ring 8), wherein there are created free spaces (31) between the magnet retaining ring (8) and the base plate (7, 7') on both the periphery and in the face. These spaces make it possible to perform a rotary and planar motion of a chuc king device (1) in the magnet retaining ring (8), wherein the voids (31) form chambers for media having allocated openings (11, 12) in the magnet retaining ring (8). The chambers are provided with a system of nozzles being arranged on the circumference in the magnet-retaining ring (8). Said magnet retaining ring (8) is further provided with a sensor system ensuring contact freedom of the support elements of the base plate (7, 7') within the magnet-retaining ring (8).</p> |
