PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance construction efficiency and work efficiency while securing a certain quality; to shorten a construction period; and to facilitate maintenance and management of piping, wiring, and equipment after the construction. SOLUTION: An equipment storage unit 1 forms a vertical space continuing through upper and lower stories of a building, and intensively stores linear equipments and their attached equipments inside. A unit 2 is zoned/formed by vertical frames 21 arranged at the four corners and lateral frames 23 installed between the vertical frames 21. A vertical pipe 54 is fixed and arranged inside in advance. A maintenance door 6 is installed for each story on a front surface of the unit 2. The vertical pipe 54 is provided with an adjustment means capable of vertically adjusting levels.
