<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold air shut-off device for a carry-in/out gate of a low-temperature chamber, capable of shielding a lower clearance generated between a platform and a load-carrying platform of a delivery vehicle, by elevating freely a shielding member after attaching the delivery vehicle to the platform, and capable of shutting off cold air in the low-temperature chamber from flowing out to an outdoor side, and to provide a shelter equipped therewith. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cold air shut-off device is constituted of the shielding member 10 with an upper end fixed onto a support body 20, and for shielding a lower part of the carry-in/out gate 100, an elevation guide mechanism 30 for guiding the support body 20 stoppably in a vertical-directional optional position, a hinge mechanism 22 pivotally supporting the support body 20 onto the elevation guide mechanism 30 freely swingably in an upper side of a pivotally supported position, and a swinging range regulating mechanism 40 for regulating a swinging range of the support body 20.
