ANTIBODY TO OCHRATOXIN, AFFINITY COLUMN USING THE ANTIBODY, AND KIT FOR IMMUNOLOGICAL DETECTION OF OCHRATOXIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting, concentrating and purifying ochratoxins A and B possible to be included in a specimen such as a food, and a method for detecting the total amount of the ochratoxins or the amount of each ochratoxin in high sensitivity.

SOLUTION: An antibody exhibiting comparative reactivity with ochratoxins A and B and highly resistant to organic solvents is produced by using a complex of ochratoxin A and a polymeric compound as an immunogen: and a detecting, concentrating and purifying means and an immunological detection means are constructed by using the antibody. The constructed detection means has high sensitivity and excellent quantitative determination performance.
