PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture inorganic powder paste consisting of solvent containing an inorganic powder component and an organic compound having action to effectively improve the dispersibility of the inorganic powder component by being adsorbed to the inorganic powder component, while avoiding the dispersibility degradation of the inorganic powder paste as a result that the organic compound cannot be sufficiently attached to the surface of the inorganic powder component when the inorganic powder component is atomized. SOLUTION: After obtaining a first mixed material 1 containing at least the inorganic power component and a second mixed material 2 containing at least the solvent and the organic compound but not containing the inorganic power component, but before mixing them, a step 3 is carried out for applying shearing force to the second mixed material 2.
