PURPOSE: A slip-shaped oxygen burner for a rapid heating of a metal material is provided to uniformize the temperature distribution into the width direction of a steel plate by manufacturing an oxygen and fuel jet hole into a slit form. CONSTITUTION: A slip-shaped oxygen burner for a rapid heating of a metal material comprises a fuel input unit(22) and an oxygen input unit(24). The fuel input unit includes multiple fuel jet holes(22b). The oxygen input unit includes multiple oxygen jet holes(24b). The oxygen input is formed in both sides of the fuel input unit. The fuel and the oxygen input units form a flame in an ellipse shape by being manufactured in a slit form.
