PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind which can alleviate a load of work for adjusting the height of the blind. SOLUTION: A holder 30 has a holder body 32 locked to a bottom rail 24, and an adjusting member 34 disposed between the holder body 32 and the bottom rail 24. The holder body 32 is provided with a support shaft 32d for fixing the lower end of a ladder cord 14. The adjusting member 34 is rotatably supported by the support shaft 32d of the holder body 32, and has an operating portion 34b projecting from the outer circumference of the holder body 32, and the withdrawal of the lower end of the ladder cord 14 to a holder 30 can be controlled by operating the operating portion 34b.
