<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety-oriented, environmentally friendly solid powder cosmetic which is prepared by a wet preparation method, has a smooth, moist texture, is excellent in sensory properties such as affinity to the skin and is excellent in impact resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The solid powder cosmetic includes (a) 10-95 mass% hydrophobized powder, (b) 0.1-20 mass% at least one flexible organic resin powder chosen from the group consisting of a polyurethane powder, a poly(meth)acrylate powder and an ethylene/(meth)acrylate copolymer powder, (c) 0.1-15 mass% polyhydric alcohol and (d) 0.01-5 mass% surfactant having an HLB of≤10 and is prepared by a preparation method including a step (1) of packing a slurry composition containing ingredients (a)-(d) and water in a container and a step (2) of removing water from the slurry composition, which is carried out subsequent to the step (1). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
