<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcaster apparatus for generating an EMM (entitlement management message) which prevents a digital broadcast receiver not compatible to extended standards from performing malfunction even if the broadcast receiver receives EMM describing control information of extended standards by mistake or simultaneous distribution. <P>SOLUTION: The broadcaster apparatus 21 includes: a reception section for receiving a signal from a network access terminal 11; an identification section for identifying whether or not the received signal is a control signal of the extended standards for a peripheral apparatus 41; a signal generating section for inserting the control signal of the extended standards into a region of a signal from the broadcaster apparatus 21 discarding the control signal of the extended standards when the digital broadcast receiver not compatible to the extended standards receives a signal from the broadcaster apparatus 21 including the control signal of the extended standards if the identifying section identifies that the received signal is a control signal of the extended standards; and a transmission section for transmitting the signal generated from the broadcaster apparatus 21 to the digital broadcast receiver. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
