DISHWASHER AND THE CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A dish washer and a control method thereof are provided to reduce noise produced by pressure change due to rotation of a flow path conversion valve by reducing rotation speed of a washing pump before the flow path conversion valve is rotated. CONSTITUTION: A control method of a dish washer comprises the following steps: rotating a flow path conversion valve; reducing rotation speed of a washing pump before the flow path conversion valve is rotated; converting a flow path to supply washing water to an upper and a lower nozzle respectively by the flow path conversion valve; and supplying washing water to the upper and the lower nozzles.
