<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tag fitting device downsizing a mechanism for passing a tying tool through a tag, and reliably passing the tying tool through a fitting part of the tag. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Each of wing claws 6a of a twist tie setting mechanism 6 is turned and closed by the slide of a wing closer 6c to hold a part in the vicinity of each fitting part of a tag 10 for three-dimensional forming. Each of the wing claws 6a is formed in a shape so that a substantially straight line passes each fitting part of the tag 10, and passes a twist tie 2 fed by a twist tie feeding mechanism through groove parts 86n of the pair of wing claws 6a in a closed state and each fitting part of the tag 10.
