PURPOSE: A cestrum nocturnum pad for eradicating mosquito is provided to obtain safety for infants and the elderly using environment-friendly perfume which is harmless in a human body and to effectively get rid of the mosquito especially in summer. CONSTITUTION: A cestrum nocturnum pad for eradicating mosquito(20) is attached to a human body and includes 0.1~5 weight% of cestrum nocturnum extract. A method for manufacturing the cestrum nocturnum extract comprises the following steps: a step of desiccating one selected from a flower, a leaf, and a berry of cestrum nocturnum; a step of shattering the flower, the leaf, and the berries and extracting cestrum nocturnum components by adding an organic solvent including water or ethanol; a step of removing impurities by filtering the mixture or separating the mixture through centrifugal filtration; and a step of evaporating the solvent contained in the extract from which the impurities are got rid of.
