<p>The apparatus (1) has a closure (6) designed as a balloon, and guided into a pulmonary vein (3). The closure prevents the flow of blood from the lung into an atrium (4), in a usage position. A suction device is provided with an inlet, which is arranged between the closure and a device (5) e.g. metal cage and coagulation electrode, for destroying of tissue, in the usage position. A network (8) made of nitinol wire is provided as an anchoring unit at the closure. A tension spring (9) partially made of blank metal is provided between the closure and the device for destroying the tissue. The suction device is designed as a hose, tube or metal sleeve, which has a hose or tubular type connector.</p> |
