CARBON NANOTUBE COMPOSITES

摘要

PURPOSE: A carbon nanotube composite including one or more metal/carbon nanotubes which are include on a meal is provided to improve mechanical properties, thermal properties, and electrical properties. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a composite(100) comprises the following steps: dipping in a carbon nanotube(110) containing patterned metal layers(104,106) in a colloidal solution; drawing out the patterned metal layer from the colloidal solution containing the carbon nanotube under effective conditions for coating the carbon nanotube on a selected domain of the patterned metal layer; and depositing the metal on the metal layer which is coated with the carbon nanotube.
