FIELD: physics; computer engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of recording information to a multilayer recordable medium. According to the recording method, information is recorded on a recordable multilayer medium which has first and second information storage layers. Each of the information layers contains data area for recording information, where middle areas of the information layers are shifted towards the inner radius of the recording medium. Information is recorded such that, the region containing information in the data area on the first layer and the region containing information in the data area on the second layer essentially have equal dimensions and lie on the disc one above the other. ^ EFFECT: error-free playback of recorded medium. ^ 5 cl, 10 dwg |
