PURPOSE: A cover opening and closing device of a vacuum cleaner is provided to easily assemble and disassemble a vacuum cleaner when a cover is fixed to a main body. CONSTITUTION: A cover opening and closing device(100) of a vacuum cleaner comprises first, second, and third links(120,140,160), and a cover opening button(62). The first link is installed in a cover(50), and selectively hung on one side of a dust collecting container. The cover shields at least one of a main body and the dust collecting container. The third link is installed in the cover, and selectively hung on one side of the main body. The second link connects the first link and the third link. The cover opening button is installed in the cover, and operated to move the third link.
