An installation for charging of fuel and fluxes and pouring of liquid iron into gas-producer contains charging device in the body of gas-producer, charging pipe and distributing chute. The distributing chute is made with coated working surface. Two shuttles are installed one over the other under the charging hole in the body of gas-producer. Inferior stationary platen of inferior shuttle is fixed on the body of gas-producer. Three holes into the superior stationery platen of superior shuttle are made, in which the charging pipe for charging of fuel and fluxes, fireproof barrel of filling scoop, and device for gunning of working surface of distributing chute, are sequentially installed. |
