<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a worker to report that he or she is carrying out operations to third persons around or the like by use of a small communication terminal such as cellular phone, and to easily manage working hours or the like of the worker from a remote place. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes: a small communication terminal 4 carried by an employee 3 who is engaged in the operation using the communication terminal 4; an operation management server 5, to which the communication terminal 4 is connectable through a communication network, and which manages the operation associated with the employee 3; and an information output device 6 disposed near the employee 3. The operation management server 5 includes a performance control information transmitting means 10 which transmits, upon receipt of a connection request from the communication terminal 4, performance control information of the information output device 6 to the communication terminal 4.
