<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing method of a glass layer where the breakage of glass members is prevented and where the glass members can be efficiently welded mutually. <P>SOLUTION: After the glass layer 3 is arranged between the glass members 4 and a heat conductor 7 along a welding predetermined region, the glass layer 3 is melted by being irradiated with laser beams L1 where the heat conductor 7 is a heat sink and then is baked on and fixed to the glass members 4. Although the absorption factor of the laser beams in the glass layer 3 is rapidly increased when the glass layer 3 is baked, it is suppressed that the glass layer 3 comes to a state of excessive heat input as the heat conductor 7 takes heat from the glass layer 3 as a heat sink. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
