METHOD FOR MODIFYING SURFACE OF POLYMER MOLDING BY USING THE SAME POLYMER AND POLYMER MOLDING REFORMED BY THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for modifying the surface of a polymer by which the activity of the surface of a polymer molding can be improved without impairing inherent characteristics possessed by the polymer and also without using a harmful chemical or large-scaled apparatus. SOLUTION: The method for modifying a surface of the polymer includes: a step of preparing a polymer solution by dissolving a polymer in a heated solvent; a step of immersing a polymer molding obtained by molding the same polymer into the polymer solution kept at a temperature that the dissolved polymer does not precipitate and the polymer molding is not dissolved; and a step of precipitating the dissolved polymer on the surface of the polymer molding by thereafter lowering the temperature of the polymer solution.
