AUTHENTICATION MESSAGE EXCHANGE SYSTEM AND AUTHENTICATION MESSAGE EXCHANGE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain end-to-end authentication, and to prevent eavesdropping and tampering of an authentication message by a proxy server. SOLUTION: Each of authentication signal controllers 20 installed in the same base network as those of an authentication client 10 and an authentication server 40 associates a base network identifier with a wide area network identifier to be stored in an identifier table. Each of the authentication signal controllers 20 transmits and receives the authentication message to and from the authentication client 10 and the in the same base network. Each of the authentication signal controllers 20 performs processing regarding encryption of the authentication message and processing regarding electronic signature to the other authentication signal controller 20. Each of the authentication signal controllers 20 transmits and receives the authentication message to which the processing regarding the encryption is performed and the processing regarding the electronic signature is performed, to and from the other authentication signal controller 20.
