<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus that is advantageous for surely grounding a grill body attachably and detachably provided on the electronic apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Each speaker 22 includes: one speaker box 36, two speaker units 38; one speaker grill 40; one cushion member 42; and one conductive member 44. The speaker grill 40 includes a grill body 50 and a frame 52. By attaching the grill body 50 and the frame 52 to a housing 11 for the electronic apparatus, the grill body 50 is grounded through the cushion member 42 and the conductive member 44.
