A method for treating the patients with hyperactive urinary bladder with hypokinetic detrusor comprises the medicamentous treatment and the electric stimulation of the hyperactive urinary bladder. Furthermore, the tonus of detrusor is assessed. When uroflowmetric index in male or female is below 15 mL/s, electromyographic indices of detrusor are below 40.0±1.2 μV in males and 33.5±0.8 μV in females, the hypokinetic tonus is considered. M-cholinolytic is administered for 2 weeks. In addition, the electric stimulation of the bladder is provided with plate electrodes applied to the sacral area above the pubis. The parameters of the electric stimulation are such as follows: frequency – 70 Hz, modulation – 100%, pulse-pause – 4-6 s, duration – 15 min for two weeks, 6 courses with one-month interval. |
