PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing with a pulley in which a light-metal pulley can be prevented from creeping in relation to an outer ring of the rolling bearing and a deterioration, attributable to the process for preventing the creeping, is not generated in accuracy of a raceway of the outer ring. SOLUTION: A cylindrical inner circumferential surface 20 of a steel toothed ring 2 is fixed to a cylindrical outer circumferential surface 10 of a steel outer ring 13 of a ball bearing 1 by applying interference fit. An inner circumferential surface 31 of a light-metal pulley 3 is press-fitted into an outer circumferential surface 21 of the toothed ring 2 so that a serrate tooth 33 of the pulley 3 engages with a serrate tooth 23 of the outer circumferential surface 21 of the toothed ring 2.
