PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor unit of an air conditioning device and a manufacturing method of the same, reducing an area of a plane view in an installation state not only when a heat exchanger is disposed along the outer edge shape of an outdoor unit casing in the outdoor unit, but also when a separate heat exchanger is further disposed inside. SOLUTION: The outdoor unit includes the outdoor unit casing 2, an outdoor heat exchanger 4, and an internal heat exchanger 6. The outdoor unit casing 2 has a bottom plate 26, a top plate 21 and side frames 22, 23, 24, 25, and has the roughly-rectangular parallelopiped shape. The outdoor heat exchanger 4 is disposed along a side panel of the outdoor unit casing 2. The internal heat exchanger 6 is disposed inside of the outdoor unit casing 2, has a liquid pipe 7 of which the roughly-vertical direction is the longitudinal direction, and a gas pipe 8 kept into contact with the liquid pipe 7, and exchanges heat without mixing a refrigerant flowing in the liquid pipe 7 and a refrigerant flowing in the gas pipe 8 with each other.
