<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surplus concrete removal device capable of efficiently removing surplus concrete of a precast concrete pile head portion. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This surplus concrete removal device A includes an insertion portion 10 inserted into a precast pile head portion H, and a storage portion 20 for storing the surplus concrete fed from the insertion portion 10. The insertion portion 10 is formed into a bottomed cylinder 11; and a bottom surface 12 includes a suction window 12a for sucking in the surplus concrete, a cover 14 for opening/closing the window 12a, and a rotating shaft 15 which has a control lever 16 for adjusting the cover 14 between the opening and closing positions.
