PURPOSE: A cap inserting apparatus is provided to offer a cap with a capability of a flexible adjustment of a height by a height of a lamp, and to continuously insert the cap. CONSTITUTION: A cap inserting apparatus comprises: a cap storage unit(222) storing a cap inserted into an end of a lamp, and forming a moving path of the cap; a driver transferring the cap from the cap storage unit to the exterior through the moving path; a cap block(224) connected to the cap storage unit, locating the cap which was transferred from the cap storage unit by the driver to the end of the lamp; and an operating block(232) inserting the cap which was located in the cap block to the end of the lamp.
