<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage whether or not amounts used of tap water, gas, electricity in a cookroom by introduction of an amount used saving device are reasonable. <P>SOLUTION: This system manages the amounts used of the tap water, the gas, the electricity in the cookroom by introduction of the amount used saving device 1 to reasonable amounts used. A database 2 which registers amounts used before introduction, amounts used after introduction, and saving ratio is provided by each one of many introduced cookrooms in which the amount used saving device 1 is already introduced. An approximate introduced cookroom is selected from the database 2 on the basis of input of a kind of business, business condition, the number of guest seats or the number of guests in a fixed period, and the amounts used of the tap water, the gas, and the electricity in a fixed period before introduction in a cookroom A for measurement in which the amount used saving device 1 is newly introduced to extract the saving ratio of the amounts used. The amounts used before introduction in the cookroom A for measurement, target amounts used by every fixed period determined by multiplying the amounts used before introduction by the extracted saving ratio, and the amounts used after introduction are displayed on a display part 7 on the basis of input of the amounts used after introduction in the cookroom A for measurement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
