PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for winding a reinforcing sheet, which facilitates handling thereof, and which brings about a reinforcing effect in a short period of time. SOLUTION: The self-propelled winding device 5 includes: an attaching part 51 which undergoes the attaching of the reinforcing sheet 2 formed by making a strip-shaped fiber sheet impregnated with a hydraulic polyurethane resin and dried; a driving pressing roller 52 for pressing the reinforcing sheet 2, pulled from the attaching part 51, against a reinforcement object surface; a water spray port 56 which can spray water toward the reinforcing sheet 2 pulled from the attaching part 51; and a body part 54 which is fit with the attaching part 51, the driving pressing roller 52, and the water spray port 56.
