<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car body structure capable of easily mounting a gusset without trouble which connects a side sill and a cross member. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The car body structure 10 includes: a right side sill 13 which supports a floor panel 15; a cross member 31 which is provided in a direction substantially orthogonal to the right side sill 13; the gusset 18 in which an internal end 18b is rotatably connected to the cross member 31, and an external end 18a is fixed to the right side sill 13; and an outside right bulk head 34 having an abutting part 85 facing to the gusset 18.
