PURPOSE: A sealant composition for a liquid crystal display device is provided to prevent the contamination of liquid crystal, to improve linearity and viscosity stability of sealant patterns, and reliability and stability of a liquid crystal display device. CONSTITUTION: A sealant composition for a liquid crystal display device comprises 50-80 weight% modified epoxy resin partially containing a (meth)acrylate group, 1-10 weight% thermosetting material, 1-7 weight% photopolymerization initiator, 10-40 weight% inorganic filler, and 0.01-7 weight% additives including a thixotropic controller and a silane coupling agent.
