<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order acceptance method which enables a user to utilize sold stock merchandise owned by an orderer, which has been already delivered by order acceptance processing, as merchandise ordered by another orderer when having no stock. <P>SOLUTION: It is determined whether input merchandise ordered by an orderer is stocked or not on the basis of ordered merchandise and an ordered amount. When it is stocked, the ordered amount is stored as an accepted amount in a delivery information storage means together with a sale date and in association with the orderer. When it is not stocked, a sale date which is close to an ordering date of ordered merchandise and on which ordered merchandise was delivered to another orderer is extracted from the delivery information storage means, a residual amount owned by the another orderer is calculated on the basis of the extracted sale date of ordered merchandise and the accepted amount of the ordered merchandise and is held in a holding means in association with the another orderer, and points for an amount of money corresponding to a return amount of the sold merchandise are issued to the another orderer in response to acquisition of a return signal, and the return amount is stored as the ordered amount of the orderer in the delivery information storage means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
