<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging method and a packaging body of silicon by which fine powder generated when the silicon and a packaging bag are worn down is reduced, and the deterioration in the quality of the silicon is avoided. <P>SOLUTION: The double structural packaging body comprising an inside bag 1a and an outside bag 1b, when packaging up polycrystalline silicon, uses an article having the bottom face sections 4a and 4b equipped with a pair of triangular folded-in section substantially in a plan view in which a section continued from both the side face sections 3a and 3b of square shapes is formed by being folded inside as the inside bag 1a and the outside bag 1b; when holding the inside bag 1a which has held the polycrystalline silicon in the outside bag 1b, the bottom face sections 4a and 4b are stacked by shifting by 90°so that folded-in sections 6a and 6b of the inside bag 1a and the outside bag 1b do not overlap. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
