PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric actuator system capable of shortening a time required for initializing. SOLUTION: The electric actuator system includes a control means 120 that performs a position control under a condition where a rotation reference position is positioned at a point of origin in a predetermined rotation range, to control the rotation reference position to move to a desired position in the rotation range, and an initializing control to position the rotation reference position at the point of origin by first rotating an electric motor 110 to a predetermined direction when the rotation reference position is deviated from the point of origin. An initialize preparing position is provided apart from the point of origin by a predetermined amount in the opposite direction from the predetermined direction. The control means 120 performs an initialize preprocessing control in which the rotation reference position is moved to the initialize preparing position before performing the initializing control.
