PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic composition imparting dump feeling with moistness, fluent feeling and sufficient luster to the hair while improving strength of the hair. SOLUTION: Keratin amino acid derived from human hair and having 90-200 average molecular weight and a surfactant are compounded, to prepare a hair cosmetic composition. The content of keratin amino acid in the hair cosmetic composition is 0.1-20 wt.%, and the pH value of the hair cosmetic composition is adjusted within a range of 3-9. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
