<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch cooling device which can prevent a high-temperature air chamber air nearer to clutch side more than a baffle plate from leaking into a low-temperature air chamber side air, efficiently introduce the low-temperature air chamber side air to the high-temperature air chamber side, and efficiently cool a dry frictional clutch. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a clutch housing 11, an air introducing channel 11a and an air exhausting channel 11b are formed, and a baffle plate 31 is supported which demarcates a low-temperature air chamber 32 in which the air introducing channel 11a opens and a high-temperature air chamber 33 in which the exhausting channel 11b opens within the housing 11 this baffle plate 31 includes an opening 31c nearer to a radiation outer side more than a central hole 31a; and it is constructed by a plate body 31m demarcating the low- and high-temperature air chambers 32, 33, and a projection 31p projected from the plate body 31m to a frictional clutch mechanism 5 near the opening at a near side of the opening 31c in rotating direction.
