PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an operation amount is required because an HPF should be used in order to remove DC components, and a harmonic component with a phase shifted by 90 degrees is included and sound quality is deteriorated in a harmonic component generator for creating a pseudo low-frequency sound feeling in a speaker with insufficient low-frequency sound capability. SOLUTION: The harmonic component generator includes: a band component extraction means for extracting signals of a prescribed band component from input signals; a 90-degree phase conversion means for shifting phases of the band component signals extracted by the band component extraction means by 90 degrees; and a harmonic component generation means for generating harmonic component signals by multiplying the 90-degree phase shift signals of the band component signals output from the 90-degree phase conversion means and the band component signals.
