<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly fold a door plate in a door constituted to divide and fold the door plate for the case where a lock mechanism fails in a single swing door often used as a door of a washroom or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The door has the door plate divided in three or more plate bodies in a width direction. The plate bodies are freely turnably connected to one another so that the plate bodies are foldable and that the plate body constituting an open end is displaced in parallel, and the door plates are contracted in the width direction to release the lock mechanism. At least one plate body folded onto the surface of the door plate out of the three or more plate bodies is formed by laminating two plate bodies which are a front face side plate body and a rear face side plate body, and the front face side plate body and the rear face side plate body are fixed in a laterally slidable manner to each other. One of the two plate bodies adjacent to this one plate body is freely turnably fixed to the front face side plate body, and the other is freely turnably fixed to the rear face side plate body.
