The information extracting unit (1a) extracts call request information containing the correspondence relationship between time zones (time zones A, B, and C) and call destinations (telephones 3a, 3b, and 3c) from a received e-mail (4). The call processing unit (1b) calls a call destination corresponding to a time zone to which the current time belongs in the call request information.
