PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate film whose adhesiveness immediately after laminate formation is improved without impairing the pot life of a polyurethane type adhesive and/or an isocyanate type adhesive. SOLUTION: The laminate film comprises at least three layers of layer (A), layer (B) and layer (C). Layer (A) consists of a polyolefin film made of a resin composition comprising 99.5-99.999 wt.% of an olefinic polymer and 0.001-0.5 wt.% of a polyoxyethylene alkylamine of formula (I) (wherein, R<SP>1</SP>is an 8-30C, linear or branched, alkyl or alkenyl group; R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>are -OCR' (R' is an 8-30C hydrocarbon group) or -H-H; and m and n are integers of 1-10).
