PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor exhibiting stable and excellent electrophotographic characteristics even in repeated use and having high durability and high stability without causing deterioration in surface properties for a long period of time, and to provide a process cartridge and an electrophotographic device with the electrophotographic photoreceptor.

SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has a photosensitive layer on a support body wherein the surface layer of the electrophotographic photoreceptor contains a specified side-chain type siloxane-modified polycarbonate resin and a polyarylate resin.
