PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device improved in resolution of illuminance in a low-illuminance region. SOLUTION: This photoelectric conversion device includes: a first photoelectric conversion element or a second photoelectric conversion element having a spectral sensitivity characteristic different from that of the first photoelectric conversion element; a first or a second AD conversion circuit outputting a first or second digital signal; and a subtraction circuit for calculating the difference between the first and second digital signals. Each of the first and second AD conversion circuits includes: a capacitative element supplied with first potential through a first switch and carrying out discharge through a second switch; a comparator comparing the potential of one-side electrode of the capacitative element with second potential; a clock generation circuit for outputting a clock signal; counting and outputting a clock signal; and a latch circuit latching a count value in response to the signal of the comparator.
