The filter (10) has a housing (12) comprising an air inlet (14), an air outlet (16) and a filter element (18) that is arranged in the housing. The filter element separates a raw air side (20) connected with the air inlet and a pure air side (22) connected with the air outlet from each other. A heating device (24) heats the housing and/or the filter element in an area of the raw air side. The heating device is formed as an electrical heater and/or as a part of a heating circuit of an internal-combustion engine.
