<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device with an electro-acoustic transducer that is flexible and lightweight, reduces the volume to be occupied and becomes a substitute of conventional speakers, and the electro-acoustic transducer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electronic device includes a body and an electro-acoustic transducer carried by the body. The electro-acoustic transducer includes: a first electret diaphragm to be used for generating vibrations according to a first electrical signal; a second electret diaphragm to be used for generating vibrations according to a second electrical signal; and a plate including a plurality of holes and being disposed between the first electret diaphragm and the second electret diaphragm.
